Automated processes involve a lot of moving objects: robots, conveyor belts and handling systems are often all in action. With all these processes running in parallel, there are particular requirements for vibration resistance, strain relief and EMC safety.
PFLITSCH cable glands from the UNI Dicht® or blueglobe® system safely fulfil these requirements.
Special UNI Wellrohr cable glands are used where protection against mechanical damage needs to be provided by flexible corrugated conduit. Further variants can also be connected reliably to protective hoses.
In automated manufacturing centres, PFLITSCH Automobile-Trunking with allowable footfall loads up to 1,200 N and a channelled sheet covering proves a strong and non-slip solution. Like other PFLITSCH trunking systems, separating walls can be inserted to enable energy and control cables as well as lines for compressed air or process gas to be routed together but safely separated from one another.
